• Receiving walk-in, phone and email reservations and leading them to their assign seats.
• Walking through the customer on how to order, menu and the amenities of the restaurant.

Working as room attendant with duties and responsibilities of

• Attending daily briefing , receiving keys and status reports to start the duty .
• Preparing and checking the trolley, vacuum , stocks and section slip.
• Cleaning rooms daily according to the company’s SOPs.
• Cleaning bathrooms and bed rooms in 3 Stars service standards.
• Checking guest’s laundry, minibar, arrivals and V.I.P levels.
• Recoding time-in and time-out in status report.
• Recoding lost and found procedures.
• Doing end of shift procedures including returning keys according to SOP and re-organising pantry area, trolley and stocks.
• Maintaining the standard grooming and hygiene procedures.
• Working in harmony with the team in day to day operation.
