Khairul Nezam Jailani

I have more than 14 years experience in Singapore Police Force holding various posting from frontline officer, to operations officer and investigation officer.

I am very dedicated individual who has successfully facilitates communication between people of different cultures and backgrounds. I brings wealth of knowledge and experience to organizations requiring operations and investigation equipped with providing quality service and results.

I have over fourteen years' experience in the Police Force. Having worked my way up from a recruit to a Senior Officer, I am ready for a new challenge in the security industry and look for a perfect role to help me achieve this. I am particularly interested in working in security because of my passion for operations on security and investigative work, something I have had extensive experience of during my time in the Police Force. 

Further, I feel that I have achieved all that I can in my current capacity. Throughout my previous positions I have gone through general policing, investigation, community engagement and security event planning. During which, I have also liaised with numerous agencies from within the ministries and beyond. I believe that this experience, coupled with my excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, make me the perfect candidate for potential role in a security industry as a long-term career. 

In my past posting as a Senior Investigation Officer, I am responsible to triage a scam report from the time victim lodged all the way to the conclusion should prosecution is warranted. I have solved 75% of the cases under my charge which resulted in efficient clearance rate. In my previous role as an Operations Officer, I am responsible on the planning of security event like National Day Parade and Formula One. During which, I take manpower and technologies into account that resulted in a decrease of 15% manpower usage compared to previous years. Notably, I have liaised with multiple agencies from the ministry like Singapore Tourism Board, Land Transport Authority to name a few and our supporting units from the Auxiliary Police. I largely liaise with Auxiliary Police on a frequent basis as we deploy Auxiliary Police for most of Police operations. I am confident that I can bring this level of success with me to your organisation and help build upon your reputation with my contributions.
