- As the senior NSF (Rank of Corporal) in NS Branch, Medical Section, it is my job to ensure my team and I schedule around 1,000+ Reservists (also known as NSMen) for their yearly Health Screening Program (HSP Panel 1) appointments
- Ensure NSMen get paid on time after attending their mandatory Medical Appointments.
- Manage Phone calls, Emails from Units and NSMen (i.e. requests to issue legal notices for either medical or R&D matters).
- Generate the IPPT Scoresheets for the respective Units in order for them to track NSMen scores during the IPPT Session.
- Inputting Results of NSMen’s IPPT session and ensure that they will be paid for their outstanding results in obtaining scores that reach IPPT Silver/Gold.
- Assist and ensure that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cases are dealt with promptly
