Part of the service delivery team that work closely with project leads and consultants for requirement gatherings and technical solutions to serve a diverse group of clients from various industries. I specialized in providing and implementing ERP solutions that includes:

• Developing plug-ins into 3rd party ERP applications,
• Developing Web Application Programming Interface (API) for sending and retrieving data to and from ERP solutions
• Developing Console Applications that automates various ERP process
• Creating and Editing Crystal Reports
• Providing ERP solution upgrades

• Part of Driving Course Management Team, tasked with monthly and year planning of various driving courses. Skills such as Microsoft Office, report writing, verifying and checking, excel formula automation were applied.
• Liaised with Comfort Delgro Driving Centre for various driving courses materials and scheduling and assisted Junior Officers with IT related issues.
• Taught various administrative lessons and discipline lessons to SCDF trainees, ensured good discipline and ethic among trainees while retaining knowledge shared.
