- Installed the hydraulic coupler based on the given information in provided drawing, ensuring the configurations tailored to the specific requirement of the particular project.
- Configured the line test on the wellhead test stump for seal activation test: -Hanger Seal Test (HST) -Between Seal Test (BST)
- Run a different type of wireline plugs based on the customer preference such as Halliburton SRP, Halliburton SRH, Weatherford, Crown plugs and TCO:
- - Inspect the plug for damage
- - Lower the plug into the wellbore using wireline tool
- - Position the plug accurately within the wellbore
- - Set the plug then mechanically force to shear the pin to create a secure seal
- - Pressure test is conducted after it either from above or below
- - Retrieve the plug from the hanger after the test
- - Reset the wireline plugs pin after every cycle to maintain integrity
- Install electrical feedthrough system (EFS) on the tubing hanger to allow electrical signals to be transmitted across pressure boundaries
- Run different type of running and retrieving tools for hangers
- Reduced downtime for critical systems through effective troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Monitored and enforced safety measures to mitigate hazards.
