• Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD & BIM technicians and drafters.
• Evaluated final product's overall performance, reliability and safety.
• Utilized job-related software to produce outline designs.
• Altered and modified designs to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions.

Project

• PUB project : Changi Water Reclamation Plant Phase 2 Contract C22C - Mechanical & Electrical Works for Train 5B

• Raise, review and close out non-conformance reports
• Produce and maintain method statements, risk assessments and ITPs
• Analyse soil and site conditions to determine the appropriate type of foundations required
• Design and specify pile foundations based on geotechnical data and load requirements
• Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications required for piling construction
• Carry out and complete lift plans
• Determine project requirements for detailing and delivery of rebars.
• Work closely with the Construction Supervisor to ensure safe working is planned and executed well

Project :

• Proposed Additions and alterations to existing light industrial factory comprising of a new 2-storey district cooling plant with messanine, ancillary offices and water tanks on Lot 18519K MK18 at 10 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2
• Proposed residential flat development comprising of 1 block of 5-storey apartment (Total 28 units) with a basement, attic, swimming pool and communal facilities MK 26 on Lots 06325L & 06327M at Still Road, 09444V & 97130T at Koon Seng Road
