PAYROLL & HRIS

  • Ensure timely and accurately payroll processing for approximately 400 headcounts using SAP system including CPF submission, IR21 and year-end tax submission, as well as CPF refund & Process Vietnam payroll (Headcount: 30-40 headcount)
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all payroll reports to the Finance department, and generate ad-hoc payroll reports as needed by Finance

  • Conduct of yearly employee engagement survey exercise and result presentation for all centres
