Leads procurement of resources including equipment and supplies. I monitor projects by adhering to production schedule and budget, managing production team, identifying problems and providing targeted solutions. I am also knowledgeable in accounting principles, bookkeeping, budget, and financial management.

- As a project manager, I play an important role in ensuring that the projects are completed on time with a set budget. I also ensure that the projects are done with quality standard
- I allocate resources such as labour, materials and equipment
- I approve and track payments to subcontractors and suppliers to monitor cost so it does not go beyond budget
- I have daily meetings with the project team and subcontractors to solve any issues, prevent any miscommunications and also to keep track with the progress of the project
- I implement quality control procedures to ensure construction meets standards and specifications
- I identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- I liaise with the clients daily to update them on the progress and status of the project.
- I come up with solutions to keep the project going
- Lastly, before handing over the completion of the project to our client, I oversee the final inspection and ensure that all project documentation is completed and handed over to the client.
