My greatest skill is my communicative ability. From my time in National service as a Platoon Sergeant, I have developed strong organizational and communication skills in collaborative and fast-paced environment as I had to make sure that people could collaborate on the ground for missions. I have also proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to team objectives. My role as a House Captain in Junior College helped strengthen my public speaking, developing my confidence as an orator. My teenage years as an athlete playing Basketball has ingrained in menthe importance of communication in a team and the miracle of teamwork.

I represented ACJC Basketball in the National School Games throughout both my years of JC as a key team player and starter. Our defeat in the 2022 NSG Quarterfinals drove me to better improve myself for the next season in 2023. Basketball, at its core, has taught me the importance of tenacity; regardless of the circumstances we are faced with, we can scarcely afford to back down. Indeed, this initial setback led me to increase the tempo and intensity of my training. This resilience paid off as it helped me overcome the challenges faced en route to the finals in 2023. In the end, I played an invaluable role in helping ACJC win the National 'A' Division Basketball title - the first ever in the school's history. In recognition of my efforts and the scale of my achievement in Basketball, I was awarded the Singapore Schools Sports Council (SSSC) Colours Award.

During my National Service (NS), I was selected to attend Specialist Cadet School (SCS) after excelling among my peers and displaying innate leadership potential. The grueling training in SCS tested my willpower, it also taught me the importance of taking care of the men under my command. My ability to rally my peers came in handy multiple times, enabling me to lead our section to attain the award of "Best Section" for our cohort. After attaining my rank, I was appointed as a Platoon Sergeant due to my stellar performance.
