Senior Production Technologist in Temana - Led the production technology operation for an oil field in Temana by ensuring production targets are consistently achieved.

• Performing well and field surveillance utilizing the RWFM Workflow to identify underperforming wells and recommend production enhancement strategies, plan & execute production optimisation initiatives, including artificial lift optimisation stimulation, sand management and well intervention programs such as Gas Lift Optimisation, routine Gas Lift Valve Change, Through Tubing Sand Screen Installation and Change-out, Well Bean/Up, Acid Stimulation, and Behind Casing Opportunity (BCO).
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to maximise asset performance and value using IPM Network Model GAP identifying any surface bottlenecking and gas lift optimisation.
• Successful execution of routine and non-routine data acquisition plan as per RMP requirement - Static and Flowing Gradient Survey, Production Logging Tool, MIT for proactive monitoring and production analysis.
• Led the team in Managing Multiple Stakeholders - aligning on production priorities, operational goals by providing technical inputs for production forecasting, reservoir management, field development planning including Short- & Long-Term Performance Forecast, Asset Management Integrated Review (AMIR), and Work Program Budget (WPB).
• Unlocking additional technical potential through quarterly Well-by-Well Review (WBWR), Maximise Oil Recovery Effort (MORE) & Idle Well Reactivation (IWR) Workshop and Intensified Stimulation Campaign to ensure production attainability.
• Collaborated with FDP Team on Infill Drilling projects by providing surveillance insights and inputs for well completion strategies and infill targets, review reservoir and production performance on existing wells to be donor wells for Coiled Tubing Drilling to maximise recovery.

Production Technology Specialized Study - Successfully Led PE Bootcamp for Enhanced Oil Production through Non-Routine Production Enhancement Proposal Maturation & Activities.

• Cement Packer Additional Perforation in Samarang - Led technical proposal preparation for B-066SS dual string completion with resin consolidation and presented / secured budget approval for execution.
• Through Tubing Sand Control in Samarang (4 wells) - Led technical proposal preparation for metallic TTSS and ERTTSS, presented / secured budget approval for execution.
• Additional Perforation & Re-perforation in Samarang (3 wells) - Identify potential BCO, led the technical proposal preparation for slickline AP through the LS and commingle production through SS, presented / secured budget approval for execution.
• Water Injection Stimulation in Sepat - Conducted PT technical assessment for A11 using industrial recognise diagnostic tools i.e. Hall's Plot, Injectivity Index, VRR.
• Workover Gas Field in Tangga Barat - Conducted PT technical evaluation for the recompletion of A12, addressing multiple integrity issues, sand accumulation, and several BCOs to enhance reserve addition and acceleration.

Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) – Led and managed the end-to-end process for ESP implementation as an Alternative Lift Method System in Samarang.

• Led the team by conducting technical evaluation and analysis by assessing subsurface, wells, and surface constraint to screen ESP candidates for Samarang Field.
• Design & assess fit-for-purpose ESP systems using PROSPER covering different conveyance method i.e. Through Tubing ESP, Conventional ESP, and Coiled-Tubing ESP.
• Effectively coordinated cross functional teams (i.e. vendor, operations and surveillance engineer) to address concerns and ensure alignment with production targets and field development plans.
• Delivered and presented technical proposal to technical committee and management in securing budget and approval by demonstrating cost-effectiveness and return on investment to justify the financial commitment required for implementation.

Stakeholder Management & Annual Reserve Reporting - Led multiple stakeholders management and reporting.

• Led Work Program Budget (WPB) exercise for Erb West by generating TP profile (STPF & LTPF), 5 years PE activities, profile and associated budget, and sales profile through Decline Curve Analysis (DCA) and ensuring timeliness submission to MPM.
• Led Asset Management Integrated Review (AMIR) exercise for Tembungo & Erb West in managing the producing asset performance effectively against development strategies, identify field technical potential including production enhancement to maximise field ultimate recovery, increase asset business value and strengthen the technical endorsement process.
• Annual Resource Performance Review (ARPR) exercise for Erb West - applied industrial recognise diagnostic tool such as decline curve analysis (DCA) to perform production forecasting and reserve categorisation to support Asset Outlook Finalisation and Economic Evaluation.
• Subsurface Well Abandonment Plan (SWAP) for Tembungo and Erb West Field - Drive SWAP certificate endorsement for platform total well management, reduction of OPEX utilisation and slot re-purposing to support PCSB Master Abandonment Plan (MAP) Campaign.

Kinabalu NAG Phase 3 (KNNAG Ph3) and Zuhal East NAG Field Development Plan - Drive Production Technologist Field Development Plan Studies from Opportunity Framing, Concept ID up until Final Investment Decision for 3 infill wells (B5, B6 and B7) which covers the following:

• Upper completion design - Conducted sensitivity and nodal analysis for Tubing Size, Material, Tubing Stress Analysis and production strategies.
• Lower completion design - Evaluated the fit or purpose completion strategies i.e.: CHGP, Cemented Monobore, etc. Conducted sand control design analysis and perforation analysis.
• Flow assurance - Utilise OLI Scale Chem Analyzer for scaling tendency analysis, liquid loading assessment, and establish hydrates envelope.
• Unloading strategy - Coordinated with multiple stakeholders to facilitate offline well unloading operations, ensuring the use of minimal flowback equipment at the host facility to support PCSB's Low-Cost Completion initiative.

Bokor 309 Through Tubing Electrical Submersible Pump (TTESP) Execution - World's First Successful Cable Deployed TTESP implementation.

• Engaged various vendor to secure and inspect different ESP assembly i.e. pump, insert safety valve, cable, and surface equipment to ensure certified following PCSB's safety and guideline standard and timely mobilisation offshore for smooth execution.
• Witnessed the Pilot Testing in Labuan to evaluate feasibility and adverse event to help improve the design prior full-scale implementation.
• Coordinated the commissioning of the installation ensuring safety procedures, troubleshooting, monitoring, and validation in a rig-less operation.

Tukau TTESP Replication Feasibility Study - Led the feasibility study in Tukau by identifying 3 wells for TTESP replication (TK12, TK17, TK11) and obtained approval for execution.

• Technical Feasibility involving assessing the well's & subsurface feasibility, ESP selection and design to meet production requirement, nodal analysis to identify efficient operating parameters and surface requirement.
• Operational Feasibility involving suitability of existing space and surface facilities.
• Economic Feasibility involving estimation of potential production gain with sensitivity analysis, economic evaluation comparing the capital expenditure cost (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) against the potential production gain and calculate the NPV to assess the profitability of the project over the lifespan of the field.

Participated in the Petroleum Engineering Department IDP training program, gaining exposure to various oil and gas department through attachments, including Well Intervention, Surveillance, Drilling, and Production Operations.
