• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules.

• Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities.

• Capable of handling situational problems, looking into customer’s complaints and initiating corrective actions.

• Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project.

• Attends internal and/or external meetings relating to the respective projects.

• Prepare & update project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information gathered.

• Plan and Monitor the daily progress of activities to achieve on or before schedule by comparing the planned and actual progress status.

• Preparation of documents, such as work instructions and progress reports/data, handover status.

• Calculate usage of resources such as daily assignment of labor hours, materials and tools, and other costs to make comparison with budgets to the client ( Exxon Mobil) everyday.

• Monitor and ensure that various disciplines ( including quality and safety personnel ) are carrying out each tasks.

• Tests inspection in accordance to specifications and standards as per the contractual requirements.

• Supervise and Coordinate for Civil and Piping construction Work in designated area.
