- Handover of unclaimed FP to airline concern at the end of month for disposal with list of found property
- Assist passenger to fill up Livestock forms and collect the hand carried livestock from the passenger
- Liaise with baggage services team of livestock arrival and arrange them with collection of livestock (if hand carried) and documents.
