  • Issuing voyage orders, nominating port agents and managing hire payments as well as vessel operating plans such as stowage ensuring vessels are within safety parameters in ports and enroute
  • Acting as main contact and effectively coordinating with various stakeholders, including charterers, traders, brokers, port agents, vetting and clearance team, cargo department and trading operations
  • Coordinating with chartering department and communicating with Masters, brokers, Owners and agents to minimize associated port costs
