An Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer with more than 9 years 2 months of extensive experience in the field of Electrical Construction, Project Management system, Procurement, Testing, and Inspection. I gain this multi discipline during my experiences in different Projects in Oil and Gas, petrochemical, Construction, and automobile sectors. I believe with my familiarity on this field and lesson learn is the key factor of my contribution for every Project that I will assign to execute in safe manner and target date require as per plan.

• Review the scope project work, preparation of Project Quality plan, procedures, Method statements, job Safety analyses & Inspection Test plans, erection drawing, data sheets and purchase requests.
• Contribute to project engineering activities including electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in the preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders, ensuring accurate estimations and alignment with client requirements.
• Support the Project Manager in the execution of project management tasks, including the development and monitoring of project schedules, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Interface with the Construction Manager & coordinate a multidiscipline technical team.
• Arrange third party vendors for the MV/HV cable splicing kit installation.
• Monitor and Control of sub-contractors, conduct site meetings to speed up execution, maintain quality of work.
• Educated and advised project teams on various Project Management processes - planning, controlling, executing and closing
• Created milestones to identify the start of work including activities that required constraints.
• Developed schedules based on construction team plans, resource load schedules, analyze float paths and assess schedule status
• Analyzed and maintained all reported project activities emphasizing items such as Scope Variations, Slipped Tasks, Upcoming Tasks, and Actual Hours vs. PlannedHours.
• Organized and facilitated planning sessions for new projects and took care of re-planning for on-going projects as and when required
• Prepared weekly and monthly project progress
• Prepared and analyzed schedule reports and schedule variance
• Responsible for all the Installation and testing of Electrical equipment (transformer, HV & LV switchgear, EDG, UPS, and DB panel) under the various systems such as Power and control, Lighting, Earthing and lightning, Fire alarm, Cathodic Protection, Electrical Heat tracing and Telecom system as per the project specification and with standard installation procedure.
• Proficient in installation of DCS/PLC control loops/Instruments and Calibration and troubleshooting of pneumatic control systems, valve positioning, control valves, analog control systems, SMART (HART) transmitters (flow, temperature, pressure, level) and SMART & Pneumatic valves.
• Calibration, Loop checking and functional testing of field instrumentation devices including transmitters, Analyzer’s, control valves, actuators of various manufacturers.
• Responsible for inspection of inward materials for project. Preparing IMIRs on SAP. Physical inspection of materials, verifying TC’s documents. Reviewing of materials and getting document approval from Inspection Authorities.
• To coordinate with the third-party vendor to submit the authentication endorsed test reports for the electrical system.
• Responsible for Inspection, Erection, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning of Electrical & Instrumentation field.
• To lead and supervise the project manpower to complete the scheduled activity with the stipulated time.
• Establish strong interpersonal relationships at site and promote effective teamwork. Possess good knowledge of codes, standards, and engineering practices.
• To monitor and track the Punch list to get the mechanical completion of the respective system on time.
