- Ensure the smooth operations of the airline's flying program with minimum disruptions
- Assess and analyze potential issues to prevent delays to the flying program
- Develop and establish recovery plan during disruptions
- Solve aircraft constraint issues and plan for minimum flight delay count during disruptions
- Monitor and recover flights during disruptions
- Provide advice and assistance to staff
- Ensure the wellbeing and competency of staff
- Rostering shift worker's duty (12 hour rotating shifts)
- Provide training and recurrent for new and existing staff
- Issue bulletins and formulating department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Forecasting and projection of manpower needs
