- Provide onsite/remote L2 technical support for employees and students via walk-in/visiting user's desk especially for VIP users such as senior lecturers and professors.
-Support the use of End-User devices such as PC, laptops, printers, MAC OS, and peripherals running on Windows 10 &11.
- The supporting scopes include but are not limited to end-user devices,AV conferencing technology and application software within the site educational environment
- Fundamental understanding of IT concepts regarding hardware and software,networking,data storage,data backups,deployments of new devices for the new users and existing users.
- An experienced and advanced troubleshooting in terms of Windows 10,Windows 11,Office365 applications,Ms Outlook ,Onedrive and any Windows related tasks.
-Assist with escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
-Develop and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions.
-To support and and manage the installation and setup of Video Conference System for events and standby throughout the events or seminars.
