- Prepare the operation maintenance and manual after completed the project.

- Liaison between architect, owner/developer and contractors.2 To submit risk assessment, safe work procedure and permit to work
- Measure the noise report using approved noise meter
- Prepare the noise report and submit to NEA officer for TOP approval
- Maintain the stock and delivery every day
- Work under pressure and tight deadlines to achieve goals and project turn-ins.
