- Handle the issue including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim, etc
- Prepare the operation maintenance and manual after completed the project.

- Go to the site survey to estimate the area and content if need

- To do the material submission and get the approval from consultant before material order to site
- Collect the latest and quotation from the sub-contractor & suppliers and send the purchase orders
- Arrange to deliver the materials to a site within lead time
- Attend the consultant meeting at every week and submit all required documents
- Liaison between architect, owner/developer and contractors.2 To submit risk assessment, safe work procedure and permit to work
- Measure the noise report using approved noise meter
- Prepare the noise report and submit to NEA officer for TOP approval
- Maintain the stock and delivery every day
- Work under pressure and tight deadlines to achieve goals and project turn-ins.
