In 2015, I was assigned the task of visiting our main campus in France to conduct a presentation on the student pass application, accommodation process, and regulations in Singapore. This was in connection with the launch of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at our Singapore campus for the first time. I committed myself to becoming well-versed in the curriculum and program procedures to ensure alignment between the two campuses.
During my visit, I underwent training on the IT systems utilized for admissions, student enrollment, grade processing, exams, and student exchange programs. Additionally, I had the opportunity to interact with prospective students and their families, delivering comprehensive information about the Singapore campus and addressing any administrative queries they had.
Upon my return, I took the initiative to propose to my Director the importance of our team learning French to facilitate effective communication with our counterparts, as not all staff members were fluent in English. Recognizing the significance of this suggestion, my Director brought it up to management, resulting in all Singapore staff members being sponsored by ESSEC to attend French lessons.
In 2018, I had the privilege of returning to France when a new campus was inaugurated in Rabat, Morocco. During this visit, my primary responsibility was to deliver a presentation on the curriculum of our Singapore campus. Furthermore, I provided detailed information on the student pass application, accommodation process, and relevant regulations, with a specific focus on student exchange programs. To ensure information alignment among the three campuses, I actively engaged with the Rabat team, providing them with comprehensive insights into the Singapore campus. Additionally, I took the opportunity to address any administrative inquiries they had, ensuring clarity and consistency across all campuses.
