Sales and Promotion

• Promote degree courses, overseas education programs, and scholarships
• Conduct outreach activities to attract potential students, including organizing seminars. workshops and information sessions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational consultants, agencies, schools, and other irrelevant stakeholders to expand the reach of our courses.

Client Consultation

• Provide guidance and consultation to prospective students regarding course offerings. admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects.
• Assist students in selecting suitable degree programs based on their academic background. interests, and career goals.

Lead Management

• Manage leads and inquiries from potential students through various channels, including phonecalls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up with leads in a timely manner to ensure effective communication and conversion into enrolments.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Collaborate with academic departments, admissions teams, and marketing personnel to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to prospective students.
• Coordinate with international partners, universities, and scholarship providers to facilitate smooth enrolment processes and scholarship applications.

• Provide consulting services to clients. Whenever a customer calls the company to inquire about stock details or some operational issues on the investment website, it is necessary to patiently answer the questions raised by the customer
• Data analysis. The interns here need to keep an eye on the dynamics of some indexes, such as the world's major market indexes, real-time futures stock indexes, commodity indexes, etc. If the index fluctuates too much, they must report to their superiors and immediately analyze the reasons for the fluctuations
• Data wrangling. Every month it is necessary to sort out some companies that are about to list on Bursa Malaysia. In addition, some documents disclosed by Malaysian listed companies, such as monthly financial statements, also need to collect information and classify them in an orderly manner.
