An aspiring Forensic Scientist currently pursuing a diploma in Applied chemistry with specializations in Industrial Chemistry. My deep passion for sports from being competitive in numerous sports such as Rock Climbing, Golf, Tchoukball, Basketball & Netball has led me to develop teamwork skills and an ability to pick skills up quickly has allowed me to do the best in the work that I do.
- Teaching students in their private condominium pool facilities to accommodate to their convenience
- Teaching students basic swimming strokes & basic survival strokes to prepare students for SwimSafer tests
- Worked hand-in-hand with other coaches in the company to plan out & assign classes based on their given availability schedules
- Handled frontline customer service duties such as informing clients on class and package prices, recommending suitable coaches for their swimmer's specific needs and answering customer queries
- In charge of assigning new client leads to coaches based on coaches' availability & experience
- Carried out daily client-coach group chat sweeps to look out for any coach or client violations
- Assisted customers in their product requests & recommending products based on their specific needs
- Advertised certain products to accompany the customer's main purchases

- Coached students of all ages & swimming backgrounds
- Taught beginner/novice swimmers the basic swim strokes & basic survival strokes
- Coached competitive swimmers to improve timings and better their strokes

I started playing competitive Tchoukball in my first year of polytechnic. After learning the sport and being able to quickly pick up the skills to become a skilled player, I began playing for external clubs in Singapore via scouting since late 2022 to further broaden my experiences in the tchoukball community in hopes of being part of the Women's National team in the future.
