More than 18 years in Facilities management and 5 years in Electrical installation experience. I came across numbers of facilities with different sets of challenges, Facilities management is not just about repairing what is down but prevents, to look into life cycle, to prolong the system or source for best deal for the organization when there is a need to replace the whole system when is beyond repair. In all these years I had learned different scope of work including calling for contracts, able to negotiate and looking into details (specifications on scope of work and schedule of rates) in the tender contract document favorable to the organizations to position myself better in facilities management. Added I had more than 2 years working Experience in field of Health industries (Hospitals) and Bio medical Equipment’s.
