- I learned new skills like for example communicating is very important because on the first day I witnessed there was some miscommunication with one of the staff and another and it created a big problem so I learn from it and try to avoid any of these situations and try my best to communicate well with my colleagues.
- We also needed to work on our time management because we needed to set up everything as fast as possible but some of my colleagues were late for their work so those people who were early needed to work harder. So, managing our time is very important.
- I was able to carry out the duties when my manager told me to do but when my manager told me to fix a shelf, I could not because there was a missing screw, so I decided to tell my manager about the problem and from there she took over.
- What I realized when I was selling the products, all I had to do was to give positive energy and smile Infront of the customer and help them get the products they want, and every time when I was helping the customer, they always smile at me and said "thank you". Even if some of them decide not to buy the product, they still smile at me and said, "thank you".
Delivery Rider

- From what I learned when I am working as a delivery rider is that I always have to be on time to collect the food and delivery the food on time.
- While I was working for food panda, I usually worked around in the afternoon and I earn about $50 each day for 1 hour 30 minutes, which is about 10 orders in a day. For 1 month i usually work 3-4 days a week.
- What I really like about working a delivery rider is I get to cycle and deliver the food because cycling is one of my favorite things to do.
- I always feel satisfied because most of the customers will give me a smile and give me some tips, one time one of the customers even gave me water and I was so grateful.

- During my Intern days, I had to learn all the important things at each facility to make sure it runs smoothly. Usually if we do not understand anything we will either give our supervisor a call or a text.
- Most of the time I was allocated at the gym, and it is not just taking care of the gym. We have an oxygen tank, and we must check it every day if it is usable. It is meant for the users who fainted in the gym, and we need to check if they need any oxygen.
- It was tiring because most of the time when we have classes to conduct, we must wake up early to conduct the class and most of the time our supervisor will inform us at the last minute, so we have to use our quick thinking and think about what we going to do but so far during my intern period we didn't face problems regarding to the classes. So, after 2-3 incidents about last minute classes, i decided to quickly plan a few workouts so I will not have any worries if i faced it again.
- Creating events was one of the toughest things I needed to do whenever I was having my intern. Cause most of the time my colleagues are either not committing or helping so most the time I must come up with something, what I realized that researching about the things we need to do is very important and it helps giving me ideas how to customize and make my own game.
- One of the toughest things I needed to do was trying to keeping up with the full timers, because they know more than me and during the first few weeks it was hard because most of the things I've never done before like calling the public users about some problems with their account and the things we needed them to do, most of the time the customers aren't really happy about the problem and is a little bit harsh but luckily the full timers were there and they told me ignore them and explain to them carefully.

- Skills I have obtained are learning how to manage a gym and handle enquiries for the membership or customers. Working here has made me realize that I need to understand and memorize what are some most important things to do or remember so that we are confident when customers ask us questions.
- I was able to carry out the mu duties as I learnt how to create invoices, manage the gym and always check on our machines to see if there is any wear and tear.
- I have also managed to conduct a few classes for the members, and they always give a big smile after the class. Because I always push themselves the hardest and join in the workout with them because to me building the relationship together with the members is important as it will make them think that they will want to return for more classes like this.
- I have also learned how I can sell packages to the members, usually when they are unsure if they will want to join, I will usually ask them if they want to conduct a free trial where they can have their experience. Whenever I sell the package, I will never force the customers if they wanted to sign up but I will try to persuade them and let them know the pros and cons and making sure that their enquires are all being answered.

- During my internship, I was learning how to adapt to a new environment where I got to follow my supervisor and assisting lessons when the teachers needed help.
- This allows me to build my confidence to take and handle my own classes during lessons.
- Having to always prepare a lesson plan to conduct for the students to help them learn a new sport or new exercise.
- My communications have improve a lot as it is one of the curial skills that is needed as a teacher, where the tone of conducting lessons, discussing of sport events, figuring out how to work with another teacher and having 2 classes at the same venue as some days the school have not a lot of venue that can be used due to special occasions like O&N levels and wet weather.
