Volunteered as a befriender in MWH community center to take the old out to eat.

• Traveled to different cities and created fun and educational activities for students in Poland.
• Meet a lot of people from different countries and left beautiful memories.

• Participated in continuous improvement with Tool Service Center by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.
• Handled 50 calls every day to address customer inquiries and concerns to understand their needs and provide excellent service with help of SAP/ERP software.
• Collaborated with Tool Service Center Manager (supervisor) and work closely with experts and technicians to map end to end value stream of repair process. E.g. Reduce customer waiting time and reduce waste of inventory space resource.
• Supported interdisciplinary team in managing a wide range of projects focusing on process, technologies and methods like: material flow automation, Kanban, SFM, process flow assessment, data analytics, condition monitoring, repair pick up and last mile delivery.
