  • Handle and monitor reservation flow both by phone, email and walk-ins.
  • To be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in leading ang guiding the team in the restaurant towards achieving the sales target set and customer service excellence, in support of company’s overall objectives.
  • Ensures that the food and beverage inventories and stocks are done in a consistent and accurate basis.
