Accomplishments

Initiating for Project - Proof of Concept

  • Ensuring the execution and implementation of the Asia Pacific strategy across sub-regions (India/Korea/Japan/SEA/Pacific). The AP team traveled throughout the region to conduct internal and external workshops for both internal teams and service partners.

    These workshops emphasized profiling and approaching customers using the Seeding Guidelines and the Proof of Concept (PoC) report. The goal was to capture all essential information from the start of the sales cycle to the successful completion of the PoC.

    Consolidate Regional Sale Team Proof of Concept documents into a single Excel file for tracking project progress.

    Assist the Technical Team in monitoring vibration alarms on the Dashboard and ensure that the regional sales team communicates with customers regarding these alarms. All finding and feedback from customers must be documented in the PoC files.

    Support the team in identifying new opportunities in Salesforce for our products—Predictive Maintenance.

    Schedule regular meetings with regional sale representatives to follow up on project status and potential for scaling up. Utilize success stories as case studies to promote our products and services to other customers

    Coordinate with HQ to arrange regular training sessions with the regional team and communicate customer issues to HQ.
