● Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
● Assist management in screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting new hourly hires using selection tools and systems.
● Supports HR operations for Marriott CEC across 4 sites (Singapore, Malaysia, Jakarta & Bangkok) focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
● Executes administrative activities including onboarding, clearance processes, and managing Singapore Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation procedures.
● Plan and execute a variety of events and activities, including team-building exercises, cultural celebrations, and wellness programs.
● Designs internal communication materials and event posters.
● Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
● Handle incoming contacts for a variety of Marriott brands and assist customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels including voice and email.
