• Manage and monitor all Site Critical Facilities Operations, planning, maintenance, documentation and DC Operations in the mission critical infrastructure
• Provide technical advice in Facilities Management, and support of technical matters to regulatory codes and compliances

• Manage day to day Operation & Maintenance of client facility on all building access, site issues, planned and other ad-hoc activities
• Management of all associated hard/soft services to ensure client's facility operates optimally
• Review work processed and improve on work statements, MOPs, Incident reporting and escalations

• Performs site inspections and monitors the Customer Data hall and Landlord alarms on client DC monitoring system (DCS)

• Generates and provides routine, periodic or ad-hoc reports for Client review and meetings

• Maintain excellent relationships with Airtrunk Operations team, customers, vendors and service contractors

• Lead pre-sales consultations with BAU/sales and internal architecture team for bandwidth and dark fibre/passive requirements (DF/DWDM/DCI/Metro-E/IPVPN)
• Lead planning and implementation for $18m of ISP & OSP provisioning between major OTT Providers, Data Centres, adhoc commercial and SPTel internal fibre capacity
• Project manage and lead efficient site surveys, design, and deployment of SPTel's dark fibre to/from SPPG substations, majority of Data Centres (existing/new), Govt sites, Cable landing stations, commercial MDF rooms and other non-residential premises
• Project manage contractors and ensure timely completion of projects, including conflict resolution with regards to implementation access/installation to commercial and govt sites
• Preparation of SOW requirements for vendor and contractor
• In-depth analysis of tender/bid with internal teams (Product/Engineering/Finance/Sales)
• Oversee and project manage the end to end in-building deployment to ensure that service delivery is completed within the stipulated MSA/SLA/RFS, including liaison with developers, main/sub cons, building owners and management teams for cable and circuit commissioning
• Ensure available backhaul capacity for all external and internal dark fibre orders

• Planning & construction of diverse fibre connectivity for major data centres and commercial building connections (FTTB)
• Maintenance of OSP assets (pipes, manholes), for client network audit
• Maintenance of ISP assets (DC, MDF/IDF, MMRs, Landing stations), for client network audit
• Planning, coordinating pipe or fibre & power/ground cable diversion requesters through to construction, commissioning and handover
• Conduct back-haul fibre feasibility studies through to design, construction and handover
• Carry out building survey, submission & approvals from Building Owners/Representatives for active/dark fibre connections into MDF rooms, client equipment in carpark or rooftop
