- Checking the supplier ETD and delivering quantity to ensure the fabric in the factory on time and enough qty to supply factory production.
- Review the fabric quality with QC team to ensure all the fabric meets factory quality
- If the fabric quality is not consistent, will request a supplier in house report or some shipment sample to review before bulk fabric out from the mill.
- Additional projection conducting for some situations such as conducting the project when supplier price increases and help the company save up to 50k USD
- Joined the fabric saving project to help factories reduce the fabric usage in production and help customers to save the air fabric cost by pushing supplier early shipment.
- Additional task beside fabric procurement such as helping team leader to preparing the customer PO list which all the customer order in term of quantity, garment ex-factory date, ship country, design and all the important info of the order in a file for others department review, Checking the customer PO data to ensure that customer issue the correct PO for factory
