• Review periodic financial closing and reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually) according to public listed company standards, including reviewing group consolidation financial statements, ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports;
• In-charge of annual report preparation;
• In-charge of all tax compliance matters (liaising with various tax team include corporate tax, R&D tax submission in SG, US and AUS, TP matters, corporate restructuring etc);
• Ensure compliance to Government, Statutory Boards, Corporate & Accounting policies: (ie. ACRA, EDB, Statistics, IRAS, SG Customs), including but not limited to approving GST submission, WHT submission, preparing government statistics, EDB claim preparation;
• Liaise with banks, government agencies and auditors (internal and statutory), tax agent;

• Assist in FP&A presentation to board;
• In-charge of projects such as process improvement and/or system migration;
• Support program team and work with cross-functional teams.

• Prepare monthly flash report, quarterly group consolidated financial statement and half-yearly and full-yearly SGX results announcement
• Draft Board Papers to Directors for quarterly review
• Assuming treasury function for head quarter in Singapore including preparation of cash forecast, propose funds allocation, placement for FX deals, fixed deposit and borrowing.
• Driving year-end audit, including the preparation of group financial statements and annual reports
• Perform adhoc financial review for China subsidiaries' management report, communicates with local management for the findings and provide the recommendations for improvement
• Preparation of sustainability reporting for compliance purposes

• Involved in compliance audit engagement planning, execution, and finalization of audit in accordance with International Standard on Auditing (ISA) and Singapore Standard on Auditing (SSA)
• Assisted client in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) (SFRS(I))
• Provided on-the-job training to more junior members of the team

• Maintained client relationships at an appropriate level and presented a favorable impression of the firm
• Coordinated with team manager to define the extend of planned audit procedures, updated on the progress of the engagements and finalized audit report and reporting deliverables
• Reviewed and evaluated internal controls over financial reporting and others business processes and reported weaknesses along with the recommendations
