Execute Distributed District Cooling Plant O&M work

• Lead or assist the M&E teams to maintain the Plant’s machineries, systems and equipment. (e.g. electrical, mechanical and instrument/Controls)
• Plan inspection and maintenance works (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance) for M&E machineries and equipment in accordance with Opex and Capex budget
• Initiate and be responsible for maintenance contract management
• Prepare engineering specifications, technical drawings, for calling of tender/quotation
