One of my key strengths is my commitment to safety training. Ensuring the well-being of swimmers has always been my top priority. By actively participating in safety training programs and obtaining certifications such as lifeguard and CPR, I have developed a keen eye for identifying potential risks and taking preventive measures. As a Swimming Coach, I will continue to prioritize the safety of all swimmers under my guidance.
In my previous role as an instructor, I recognized the importance of goal-setting for both swimmers and myself. I worked closely with each swimmer to establish personalized goals aligned with their abilities and aspirations by monitoring their progress and providing ongoing feedback. I helped them achieve their targets and fostered a sense of accomplishment. As a Swimming Coach, I will apply this skill to inspire and motivate athletes to reach their full potential within the competitive swimming arena.
