Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage projects in assigned process ( die attach and pressurized cure) to improve cycle time and yield performance
• Apply DOE techniques for problem solving and process recipe optimization
• Perform containment on process and equipment during deviation
• 8D problem solving method to identify root cause and implementation of CAPA
• Evaluate and qualify pertinent technology relating to process, material and equipment through proper change management procedure
• Develop and qualify process of record (POR) and tool of record (TOR) in assigned process
• Develop and maintain manufacturing operation procedure
• Develop and maintain training materials for existing and new process
• Conduct training for production operator and technician
• Conduct risk assessment based based on defined FMEA and QCP

Achievements:

• Qualified new TOR for die attach in Micron Singapore Backend (MSB)
• 27% cycle time improvement for die attach process through process characterization using custom DOE in JMP
• Qualified new pressurized oven in Micron Singapore Backend (MSB)
• Qualified automated material handling system for both die attach machine and pressurized oven
