• -LTA (JRL) J101-Design and Construction of Tengah Depot and Associated Facilities for Jurong Region Line, work included depot building construction, piling works, precast panel launching and etc.
• Review and track the master construction programme, including the development of recovery or catch-up schedules when required.
• Supervise engineers and foremen on site to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved quality procedures and workmanship standards, including verification of subcontractors’ work quality and quantities.
• Develop and issue detailed site programme to guide the site team and ensure timely completion of works.
• Identify and resolve drawing inconsistencies and technical issues in coordination with the Technical team.
• Prepare comprehensive method statements and work instructions for construction activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and internal departments, while monitoring manpower, materials and equipment to meet project timelines.
• Liaise with Consultants and the Technical Department on submissions related to structural works.
• Plan and manage site activities, including construction sequencing, resource forecasting, and control of material, manpower and equipment usage to minimize wastage.
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety requirements and safe work practices at all times.

-Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
-Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.
-Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
-Ensured quality control for all aspects of the project, reducing defects and rework.

-LTA (TEL) T315- Addition and alteration works to the existing Tanah Merah Station and existing viaducts, works included station building construction, underpass, diaphragm wall, viaduct, PSPC/segment launching, drain work, road work, road diversion planning, and etc.
-Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the construction of the project as designated by Project Manager
-Liaise with consultant for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
-Conduct inspection and checks on work performed by subcontractors
-Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations
-Prepare project-related reports and method statement for submission

-Involved in multi demolition projects include high-rise building, factory, and shipyard
-Involved and completed in a total of 17 sites of demolition projects.
-Prepared ECM, PUB C&S drawings for authority submission purpose.
-Familiar with authority submission for demolition project.
-Conduct daily tool box meeting to all the workers.
-Good documentation practice.
-Liaise with all the subcontractor and authority officer.
-Observe site QHSE
-Responsible for other ad-hoc duties as assigned
