• Leading and managing the sourcing team - providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members, as well as motivating them to achieve their goals;
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders - working with operations, finance, engineering, and other departments to ensure that sourcing activities align with the company's overall business needs and to perform continuous improvement plan;
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations - adhering to ethical sourcing practices and complying with relevant laws and regulations;
• Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives - streamlining sourcing processes, automating tasks, and using data to drive decision-making;
• Reporting on sourcing performance to senior management - providing regular updates on cost savings, supplier performance, and other key metrics;
• Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements are met and surpassed; (Modify and improve the Vendor Pre-Qualification process & procedure);

• To perform a spend analysis, in order to develop & maintain understanding of major cost drivers & pricing for respective spare part / services.

• Handling of Direct Category (such as: Compressor, Rotating, E&I, purifier, Maintenance Service (MRO), Technical Service (installation work, civil work & etc.), Pipe, Valve & Fitting (PVF), tank cleaning & jack up;
• Handling of Indirect Category (such as: 3rd party labor supply, security guard, PPE, hardware, hoses, gasket)
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sourcing, enabling continuous improvement within the procurement function.
