  • Regularly monitoring product yield to identify deviations and address any issues promptly.
  • Disposition of on-hold wafers in timely manner.
  • Address wafer issues, communicate with customers regarding yield or quality concerns, and maintain round-the-clock manufacturing operations.
  • Working with new customers to bring up new devices under different tester platforms (Teradyne IFLEX, UFLEX, J750, HP 93K, Cohu PAX and NI STS).
  • Qualification of new test program for new devices and releasing program to run mass production with all necessary system changes.
  • Timely update of Test Program for changes (new and legacy devices)

  • Support engineering activities for NPI devices until offload and HVM sustainability after release.

Product Test Engineer

  • Qualification of RF filters for jig changes, yield improvements and other related issues.
  • Working with Product support group for the release of various range of filters to mass production with the desired yield of 99.x%.
  • Creating matched files (touchstone) using National Instrument AWR (EDA) designing environment software.
  • Testing the samples as per the new matching touchstone obtained in the tester.
  • Plot the charts for analysis and comparison purpose using Linux codes and scripts.
  • Offset determination and reconfirm by machine test with the current spec data sheet and customer requirements.
  • Qualification of various range of Band-pass (single, duplex or multiplex), BAW, Notch and Complex RF filters.
  • Involved in projects to improve the cycle time by multi site testing using cascade core, analyzing it and releasing after comparison with the current testing yield and cycle time.
