• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across the APAC (SG, MY, IND, THAI, Sydney, India) region.
• End to end process of work pass management and renewals
• Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate onboarding procedures.
• Prepare and manage manpower cost and budget planning for each FY
• Create and perform initial checks on payroll reports for regional office (except SG) before HR Director & FC signs off
• Address and resolve employee grievances and inquiries, escalating as needed.
