Summary

As the Head of Talent Acquisition & Network for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region at Euromonitor International, I am responsible for driving talent attraction strategies, building a strong professional network, and enhancing the organization's recruitment processes. I lead a team of 3 dedicated professionals in APAC and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of top talent, supporting Euromonitor International's growth and success in the APAC market.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the APAC region aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Define talent acquisition metrics, track progress, and continuously optimize strategies to meet recruitment targets.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate APAC team of talent acquisition specialists (3), providing guidance and support in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.

Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for various roles.

Networking:

  • Cultivate and expand a robust professional network in the APAC region, including industry professionals, competitors, and potential candidates.
  • Leverage networking relationships to enhance talent acquisition efforts and gain market insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective talent acquisition support.

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance Euromonitor International's employer brand in the APAC region through innovative branding initiatives and candidate engagement programs.
  • Manage the company's presence on relevant job boards and social media platforms.

Data Analytics

  • Implemented and support in the integration of recruitment analytics in ATS (Workable) into General HR Power BI Dashboard
  • Able to create simple dashboards for visualizing and story telling to stakeholders
  • Review Data every quarter to optimize and improve existing recruitment process

Compliance and Diversity:

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across the APAC region.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.

Employee Relations

  • Advised executives on best practices for employee growth and productivity goals, consistently helping companies improve retention.
