Inventory Management:

1) Analyze and ensure optimal pen inventory levels to meet business goals.

2) Monitor safety days of supply and ensure optimal stock levels to meet hardware demand timely and minimize excess inventory.

3) Monthly inventory flash projection reporting to the inventory management team on inkjet host pens, timely and accurately.

4) Focus on maintaining host pen inventory projection within 3% thresholds, quarter over quarter.

Order Fulfillment:

1) Coordinate and manage host pen supplies in accordance with the POR cycle over cycle.

2) Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Import/Export Operations:

1) Manage shipping processes and coordinate with ISO and logistics teams for inbound and outbound delivery.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

1) Weekly reporting to show host pen availability and forward-looking plan from ISO.

2) Analyze data for demand and supply matching to support HW POR accurately.

3) Conduct backlog/past due management analysis.

Pen Supply Planning:

1) Develop and implement optimized host supplies plans to support HW business needs.

2) Collaborate with ISO and factory Ops teams to review and improve business processes.

3) Manage NPI timelines effectively, ensuring all deliverables are met according to established deadlines.

Performance Review:

1) Regularly review HOI metrics to identify opportunities for improvements.

2) Recommend new procedures to streamline the process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1) Enhance collaboration cross-functional teams such as ISO, logistics, supply planning, fulfillment, factory operations, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination.

2) Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Worked with R&D and CDPS to perform NPI BOM scrubbing for commodities classification, AVL validation for GTK parts and identify cost saving opportunity, review and approved new source in PSL list for cost saving opportunity, work with MPA to ensure all commodities in the monthly quote are per aligned classification and sufficient AVL to mitigate AOS risk, support PCM team and achieved FY14 CR goals of $221K Mil through 2nd source CR approval per PPML PSL process.

• Responsible for commodity management on Magnetic IC on quarterly negotiation with suppliers to achieve 3% quarterly or 12% annual cost reduction goals, worked with suppliers on shipment rebate program, minimize order cancellation and liabilities issue, work with CE (Component Engineer) on alternate source to resolve single source issue, supply stability and better competitive prices from new AVL
• Worked with R&D (Santa Ana / Finland / Suzhou and India) on budgetary cost analysis for new product, validation on BOM quote / NRE tooling from EMS to award new product to EMS
• Quarterly BOM cost analysis from EMS, TCOO (total cost of ownership) for PCB, to compile PCB receipt from all EMS by suppliers and spent in order to populate the TCOO for submission to SQE timely

• I was in Motorola Tianjin for 3 weeks on the job training to transfer the kitting activities from China to Singapore to avoid 4% loss in VAT.
