  • Summary of Team Head role:
  • Managing a team of 3-4 Account Managers to achieve key performance indicators, nurtures and provide guidance in credit knowledge, negotiation, team work and building rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Current team portfolio of approx. 15 obligor groups with total loan base of c. SGD4.79 Billion (FY24 was SGD6.47 Billion before splitting portfolio to a new Team Head in current year).
  • Leading the team in wholesale/ global market’s sales and credit role, negotiation, credit approval, credit analysis and reviewing of finance documents for deals.
