I graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management in May 2020. In my current role, I engage with key customers by building trusted relationships, expanding the client base, and managing the Hosted Buyer Programmes at FHA – Food & Beverage and FHA – HoReCa, which includes recruitment, selection, and coordination with participants. I assist with the logistics such as accommodation, flights, and VIP arrangements, liaising with exhibitors, attendees, and service providers to ensure seamless execution. My responsibilities also include stakeholder communications, database management, follow-up with VIPs and industry associations, and providing timely event updates.
A quick learner with a positive attitude, I thrive on new challenges, adapt easily to changing situations, and value collaboration in building strong relationships with teams, customers and clients to achieve shared goals.
