- Led a US$75 million financing of a power production facility in North America involving deal negotiation and execution in under a week due to unprecedented timing pressure
- Assisted in a leadership capacity of a US$1.2 billion restructuring including leading the crafting of rating agency presentations and syndication documents, and collaborating with syndicate banks on deal strategy
- Managed Bain consulting assignment to the design the incentive structure for the CxO suite of the Essar portfolio assets comprising over 50+ personnel
- Led the sales incentive design for sales team of 25 personnel managing almost US$2 billion in annual sales
