Start implement MCC Mode coating for MCC6 coater to reduce blowout slurry and cleaning water in production process.
2014, Implement lean manufacturing with SMED to reduce change over time for MCC6 can reduce change over time to 20 minutes and win Asian lean manufacturing award 2014.
2015, Implement PGM visibility program for BCTL follow high level procedure (HLP) of slurry trend and coating lot close out, until present still use this program for Gain/Loss calculation.
2016, Cooperate with APQP team to launch new model project since start event technical transfers until it can mass production.
2017, support installation new machine of MCC6 Robot, Belt Pre-Dryer and Calciner for new site (THEP), validation machines for each customer, create machine check sheet, work instruction, site procedure and all Support documents that concern production for new site, then committed customer audit to approve mass production for new site.
2018, Support coating production, new model, technical transfers or trial for new model, validation machine, support customer audit for new model, issue work instruction, site procedure and check sheet and training operators, coating line improvement such as scrap reduction, productivity improvement, internal audit for IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, Key input production master recipe to SAP system and responsible for RC system by to be a MOC (Management of change) chairman to manage all change in BCTL.
2019, Create Mass Balance (MB) Program with VBA to release slurry with MB and WG target calculation program with deviation between MB and XRF
2020, Complete RTC (Ready to coat) Project, develop slurry property (Viscosity and Solid content) to be ready for coating
2021, Start Targeting project reduce target of coating lower than nominal for cost saving, improve Cpk of coating process to higher than 2.0 with coating process optimization, machine modification and Slurry Rheology study (Slurry behavior study) and slurry property improvement
2022, Complete installation MCY3 Motorcycle coater and pass AMO audit
2023, MCY3 Cpk improvement by change coating slurry charging method from peristaltic pump to filling machine can improve Cpk from 0.8 to 2.5
2024-present Cross Model and Cross Technology, create PGM compensate calculation sheet for mix slurry in the same technology or different technology to increasing consumption of remain and wash water
