• Co-ordination and supervision of Electrical and Mechanical works, including System Wide Contractors (SWC) is necessary to effectively manage inputs and outputs.
• Take charge of all coordination work of internal and external stake holders including Consultants and System wide contractors (SWC).
• Define the Interface Control Documents (ICD) or equivalent documents, liaise with Subsystems, partners and stakeholders to ensure the production and agreement of the ICD or relevant requirements.
• Develop Interface Control Documents and manage change control of design interfaces.
• Ensuring information is shared with and understood by the teams and Work with design team to develop sufficient design information to define these interfaces between system.
• Managing interface for design and construction of project, design approval process.
• Implement the interface management process to manage interfaces through, identification for each interface of an interface leader and interface contributors.
• Provide monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Be participant and brainstorming for Internal Technical Solution.

• Support E&M Interface Manager on all interface aspect for the project.
• Interfacing with the System Wide Contractor on the project deliverables design requirements.
• Participate / Interfacing with other parts of organization to determine the requirement and coordinate the information to fulfill the overall system deliverables.
• To ensure our equipment and systems meet requirements according to Technical Specification and other System Wide Contractor agreement.
• Organizing/Attending regular technical interface meetings/workshops with interfacing parties.
• Support E&M Interface Manager to deliver Interface documents.
• Provide monthly progress reports to E&M Interface Manager.

On-Site Experience: Testing, Installation and Troubleshooting:

• Lead the team on site activities and entire test commissioning process, both Trainborne and Trackside.
• Carry out Test activities.

- Lead test for Static, Dynamic and Integration test related to the given sub-system according to ATC (ATP+ATO) functional specification and safety related.

- Investigate problems, Identify and repairing faults for Signalling matters (ATC, ATS, CBI) on site.

- Verify signalling system and functioning for operating performance of each Passenger train and Locomotive.

• Supervise engineering and technical staffs in testing processes also motivate to achieve standard results.
• Scheduling site test and coordinating work to tight deadlines and ensure for safe working conditions.
• Maintain and update configuration status for on-site installed devices and ensuring that equipment works to its specification.
• Ensure all changes are tested (Change Request coming from change management process)
• Ensure the accomplishment of Milestone and provide a first analysis to Design Team.

Interface and Coordination Experience: Document Control

• Create / Prepare Test related documentation, such as control plan for testing, test procedure, test instructions and test records.
• Supervise and approve commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines.
• Liaise with TC Manager and Project Manager in commissioning activities and improvement plan.
• Report the state of test activities or any kind of problems to the Project Core Team.
• Compile commission report data and Identify possible technical risks related to TC activities.
