When I received labor work for the first time , I had an issue with the amount of time it took to finalize attendance . While taking over the business , we were able to organize issues and improve the business . We prepared before the attendance deadline , reviewed rules and standards during work , introduced new rules , and implemented improvement measures in stages by incorporating the power of IT. With the implementation of the improvements , we were able to significantly reduce the number of hours required to confirm and communicate attendance records . In addition , we revised the design of the inquiry form so that problems can be resolved using attached manuals and guidance before being sent to labor , thereby reducing the number of inquiries . This led to reductions. As a result , the work to finalize attendance that originally took 8 days was reduced to 4 days, which led to strict adherence to the monthly salary payment schedule .
