Attitude to pursue efficiency:

When I received labor work for the first time , I had an issue with the amount of time it took to finalize attendance . While taking over the business , we were able to organize issues and improve the business . We prepared before the attendance deadline , reviewed rules and standards during work , introduced new rules , and implemented improvement measures in stages by incorporating the power of IT. With the implementation of the improvements , we were able to significantly reduce the number of hours required to confirm and communicate attendance records . In addition , we revised the design of the inquiry form so that problems can be resolved using attached manuals and guidance before being sent to labor , thereby reducing the number of inquiries . This led to reductions. As a result , the work to finalize attendance that originally took 8 days was reduced to 4 days, which led to strict adherence to the monthly salary payment schedule .


Proposal ability, problem-solving ability:

Regardless of the workplace or employee classification , even when taking on a new job , I always on the lookout for problems, making use of the experience I have accumulated so far. I also proactively make suggestions and work hard to solve problems .

In the era of temporary workers , in the first month of work , it was possible to identify the problems:

(1) inability to meet salary transfer deadlines.

(2) confusion in the payroll calculation system.

By once again reminding the entire company of the deadlines for each submission , increasing management and reminders to ensure punctual delivery , and further coordinating with the person in charge of the next process , I was able to improve it the day before .

Regarding the payroll calculation system mentioned in, we proactively made proposals before the second payroll deadline, introduced a new calculation method from the third month , and responded to inquiries after salary transfers (regarding discrepancies in calculations from employees). This resulted in 0 contacts.
