I am a highly driven individual with a fervent focus on achieving strong outcomes. This is evidenced by my consistent achievements across my banking sales experience. In my time as Relationship Manager/Client Advisor across an effective 5 year period, I have received 5 major awards for Outstanding Sales Performance including being top of my cohort during my rookie years. I manage investment portfolios totalling SGD300 million across 200 High Net Worth individuals internationally. I also have a diverse range of banking and Fintech experience across various profit driving departments of the Retail Banking Division - Wealth Management, Business Management, Digital Project Management, Sales and Distribution and now Private Credit in a Fintech company. Between 2018 and 2020, I helped to formulate and execute sales and distribution strategies for consumer banking in Singapore and OCBC Premier Bank in the region which saw a 10% growth in Assets Under Management (SGD 3 billion) and revenue (SGD338 mil) in FY2020. Now, I lead the Strategic Investor function with a strong focus on improving the company's capital position by raising debt across the following channels: Institutional Investors, Accredited Investors (AI), High Net Worth Individuals (HNW), Family Offices (FO) and DeFi (Decentralized Finance on secure distributed ledgers). I work closely with the Capital Markets Director (who is looking after the bank and Hedge Fund segments) and the CFO to develop and execute the company's funding strategy and planning in the AI and HNW segment.
