  • Site leadership member managing a team of approximately 300+ employees and contractors, including five managers, to oversee day-to-day facilities operations encompassing hard services, soft services, transport services, food service, security, and various projects across a combined land area of 303 hectares for both Shell Pulau Bukom and Shell Jurong Island. Responsible for a workforce of approximately 6,000 staff and contractors.
  • Accountable for managing an OPEX budget of approximately $27 million and a CAPEX budget of $12 million per year. Noteworthy projects include the demolition of Shell Club House, Contractor Standby Apartment Block, installation of 380 kW Solar Panels, Security Fencing Replacement, Sewage treatment plant upgrade, perma-liner replacement, asbestos remediation, and HVAC upgrade.
  • Led and participated in sustainability and decarbonization initiatives, including the Shell plastic circularity project, Singapore's first fully-electric ferry, Biodiversity on Shell Bukom, Hydroponics wall, and the safe relocation of beehives.
