- Accountable for managing an OPEX budget of approximately $27 million and a CAPEX budget of $12 million per year. Noteworthy projects include the demolition of Shell Club House, Contractor Standby Apartment Block, installation of 380 kW Solar Panels, Security Fencing Replacement, Sewage treatment plant upgrade, perma-liner replacement, asbestos remediation, and HVAC upgrade.
