• Social Media Operations:

Responsible for the creation and release of official social media content for the Sprite 2023 Summer RTE project; promoted fan growth, increased exposure, and user activity.

• Planning and Execution:

In the early stage, assisted the creative team in brainstorming and content creation by combining current events, product features, and target audiences, controlled the content quality throughout the process, proposed social media plans, and implemented the placement according to the plan.

• Data Monitoring:

Tracked, integrated, and analyzed the release data, grasped the overall operation direction of the team, and summarized strategies for the optimization of subsequent operation directions.

• Project Management:

Responsible for the whole-process follow-up of the advertising creative project for the season and the writing of project files such as the project statement, project timeline, invoice application form, project daily report, weekly report, and final PPT, to assist in clarifying the project structure and optimizing the team's work process.

• Financial Management:

Based on the Deltek Maconomy system, independently responsible for the financial whole-process of the advertising creative project for the season.

• Responsible for the recruitment process of technical positions in the TikTok social team, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and other work.
• Assisted in establishing the candidate database and regularly followed up the progress of the candidates.
• Collected and sorted the recruitment data to provide support and reference for recruitment decision-making.
• During the internship period, recruited a client-side engineer for the business team and became the first intern in the TikTok social recruitment team to fulfill this position requirement.

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the WeChat official account "Malaysian Overseas Students", mainly engaged in content development, planning, interaction, writing, editing, broadcasting, monitoring, and review.
• Timely collected data and information on hot topics such as studying abroad, life, transportation, and entertainment for international students in Malaysia, and wrote high-quality articles with engaging writing and themes.
• Through close interaction, increased the number of followers, stickiness, and activity, ranking first in the team.
