Invasive Cardiac Laboratory

(Oct 2019 - March 2026)

• Provided comprehensive care pre and post cardiac catheterization procedures, including discharge planning and arranging specialist follow-ups.
• Assisted in procedures such as coronary angiograms, angioplasties, pacemaker and TPW insertions, IABP insertion, and pericardiocentesis.
• Actively participated in emergency response and resuscitation; often served as in-charge nurse and took on-call duties.
• Followed strict data privacy and safety protocols in line with institutional and regulatory requirements.
• Trained new staff on proper cath lab techniques and workflow.

Interventional Radiology Department
(September 2022 – March 2023)

• Assisted with procedures including PICC and port-a-cath insertions, lower limb/AVF angioplasty, embolization, biopsies, and chest tube/drain insertions.
• Monitored patients and provided post-procedure care.
• Ensured adherence to radiation safety standards for both patients and staff.

Non-Invasive Cardiac Lab & Nuclear Cardiology
(May 2024 – March 2026)

• Rotated between invasive cardiac laboratory, non-invasive cardiac laboratory and nuclear cardiology.
• Supported diagnostic testing such as stress tests and nuclear imaging.
