Self-motivated Human Resources Professional with more than seven years of experience in handling HR functions including recruitment, pass application, employee performance appraisal, employee benefits, claims and leave management.
· Lead and manage high volume of end-to-end recruitment activities for both retail and office headcounts for across brands. Ensure excellent quality and be creative towards recruitment needs within the organization.
· Deliver responsive and effective day-to-day HR services and solutions to the retail team including talent acquisition, analysis of manpower needs, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
· Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across retail and office teams.
· Develop and facilitate communication channels to build up a close work relationship among the management and staff at all levels.
· Collaborate and partner with SEAO HR team on Compensation & Benefits, and Talent related topics.
· Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decisions.
· Able to work on transversal projects across the HR team to work efficiently and effectively on topics such as recruitment etc.
· Keep abreast of talent market trends, regulatory developments, and HR best practices and be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance.
· Support the HR team in office activities and ensure smooth company operations.
