Oversee monthly tenancy reviews, annual budgeting and forecasting, Tenancy Expiry timeline and monitoring Tenants' sales performances in reviewing the tenancy mix to optimize occupancy and rental yield of the asset.
Manage annual Property Tax submissions with the authority and raise objections when Annual Values determine by IRAS is not justifiable.
