Lot Tracking & Visual Management:

• Enhance the visual management of lot statuses using Google Sheets to create a real-time lot tracking board, providing an easy-to-understand overview of current operations and status.
• Design and optimize the user interface (UI) for updating and monitoring lot status, utilizing Python as the backbone to streamline updates to the tracking board.

Production Scheduling & Machine Assignment:

• Develop and manage production schedules for lots, including assigning appropriate machines and resources, optimizing schedules to reduce delays and improve throughput.

Improve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Delivery:

• Focus on improving the OTIF percentage from an average of 70% to 95%, and ensure consistent maintenance of this improvement.
• Work to identify and eliminate root causes of delays or issues that impact OTIF performance.

Streamline Workflow & Process Redesign:

• Redesign and optimize the flow of information and goods across all stages (Customer Service → Pre-press → Press → Post-press → Delivery), ensuring a seamless, one-directional flow of tasks and materials.

• Investigate root causes of lots that are in risk, do not meet OTIF, or face other operational challenges.

In the ASE project, I used Evision technology to identify defects in wirebond samples, ensuring high product quality. For Dakar, I authored a user manual for a ball bump advance tool, now under review. In Package Inspection, I focused on selecting cameras, analyzing lens types, and optimizing lighting for better defect detection, while also working on integrating a Saline Level detection setup. In the OSRAM project, I trained models to detect mold flash defects using blue and UV lights and refined model parameters for greater precision. I also managed tasks like data labeling, data partitioning, and training algorithms for detecting defects under various lighting conditions. My career reflects a strong command of machine vision principles and a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver effective solutions.
